The University will be performing system maintenance on Sydney Student between 5:00pm Friday the 3rd of July and 10:00am Sunday the 5th July.
During this time Sydney Student will not be available to all staff and students.
Payments can still be made during this outage.

  • Domestic students can pay by phone by calling 1300 732 076 or using BPAY through their financial institution.
  • International students can pay through Western Union at www.pay24-7/sydneyuni

  • If you have commenced your enrolment, are currently enrolled, or a staff member, please enter your UniKey (i.e. USYD1234)
  • If you have submitted an enquiry, please enter your 9 digit enquiry ID number (i.e. ENQ001234)
  • If you have saved a direct application for admission, please enter your 12 digit application ID number (i.e. IPU000001234)
  • If you have submitted a direct application for admission, please enter your 9 digit student ID number (i.e. 450001234)

Have you forgotten your password?

If you have been issued a UniKey, you may visit an ICT Access Lab on campus(photo ID required) to reset your password on the spot. Alternatively you can reset your password by calling the ICT helpdesk on +61 2 9351 6000.

For all other IDs you may retrieve your password online, using your ID number and entering your family name and date of birth. Your password will be resent to your nominated email address. If you have any issues retrieving your password online, please call the ICT helpdesk on +61 2 9351 6000.

Registered Agents: If you are an agent acting on behalf of an international student, you can reset your agent password by sending an email to the International Information Coordinator.
